Suitable for showering shellfish, thus providing cooling after the cooking process through showers and cold water using a group of 10 showers which provides a heavy shower of water over each basket.

Manufactured in 304 staindeless steel.

Fitted with a swichboard with digital time controllers. Manufactured 304 stainless steel and completely hermetic.

Note:

The units with more than one basket have compartments and individual controls to form a compact group. All of this is controlled by the one electric control panel.
