CHECKING UNIT.

Unit complete with machines for attaching after the dehairing machine comprised of:

DRYING MACHINE.

Scourging machine (straps) with two shafts, for cleaning loose hair and drying the pig prior to singeing machine and lower power consumption. It is fitted with stainless steel entrance and exit doors with automatic position return. Each of the strap shaft holders are powered by 4 hp geared motor through a coupling. They are manufactured with various shafts. The frame is manufactured in galvanised Siemens steel with guards in stainless steel panelling.

SINGEING MACHINE.

• Vertical for pigs.
• Manufactured in stainless steel.
• Available with 32 heating openings in stainless steel wich are automatically activated as the pig goes past.
• It is fitted with control panel comprised of:

                       -Safety system and individual control fire column.

                       -Automatic ignition system.

                       -Regulation of ignition time and sequence of the fire columns.

                       -Regulation of the singeing time.

Suitable for a production of 120 pigs per hour scalded or 80 pigs not scalded. The singeing machine is fitted with extractor fan for burnt-out-gases.

FINAL CHECK MACHINE.

Scourging machine (straps) for the final check with built-in shower equipment. This machine can have 2,3 or 4 shafts. Four shafts are recommendend.

HORIZONTAL TRANSPORT CONVEYOR.

Manufactured in galvanised Siemens steel. With different lengths for supplying the three-machine unit for drying, singeing and Siemens steel with guards in stainless steel.
